Hi, I’m Jessica , a dedicated health and fitness professional with over 10 years of coaching experience. I specialize in helping everyday athletes and high-performers reach their goals through effective strength training, weight loss strategies, and sustainable nutrition.

I hold six CrossFit certifications, Including Nutrition and have spent years coaching individuals of all levels — from first-timers to competitive athletes. My academic background includes a Bachelor's in Kinesiology and I’m currently pursuing a Master of Science in Medical Nutrition from Arizona State University to deepen my expertise in clinical and performance-based nutrition.
